Gerald Williams

Jerry has practiced exclusively divorce and family law since 1993, handling all aspects of these cases in Minnesota district and appellate courts. Jerry is very experienced in interstate and international child custody and child support cases, and frequently advises other attorneys on these issues. His practice includes mediation and litigation, as well as Collaborative Family Law. He is a board member of the Minnesota Chapter of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers; a fellow in the International Academy of Family Law, recurring author for the Minnesota Trial Lawyer; and an investigator for the Hennepin County Bar Association Ethics Committee. Avocationally, Jerry is very involved in church music and community theater, which he actively pursues with his family.
